Once you know HOW your staff member or candidate behaves from completing the DISC report, you will want to know WHY they behave the way they do.

The Workplace Motivators Report measures the several characteristics proven to be effective in discovering WHY people behave as they do:
Value the Drive for
Theoretical Knowledge
Utilitarian Economic Money
Aesthetic Form and Harmony
Social Altruistic Helpfulness
Individualistic Political Power
Traditional Regulatory Order
Values help to initiate one’s behavior and are sometimes called the hidden motivators because they are not always readily observed. It is the purpose of the Workplace Motivators report to help illuminate and amplify some of those motivating factors and to build on the strengths that each person brings to the work environment.
Using DISC and Workplace Motivators together gains great rewards for any business. Research by Dr. Ron J.Bonnstetter, Bill J. Bonnstetter, chairman of TTI; and statistician Zach Sheffler shows this very clearly:
“The variables tested included a DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness or Compliance) screening, TTI’s motivators evaluation and a soft skills assessment. Using DISC alone, serial entrepreneurs were correctly identified 60 percent of the time. Using motivators alone, serial entrepreneurs were correctly identified 59 percent of the time. Using both DISC and motivators, accuracy went up to over 80 percent. Adding soft skills to DISC and motivators assessments, the success rate rocketed to 92 percent.”
